The Workrite UB485/CB485 comes standard with the wrist rests and are packaged that way. If you do not wish to use the wrist rests, you can simply choose to not install them on the keyboard tray. And there are removable even after they are installed.

I would like to use dual monitors but I would like the orientation to be vertical instead of the horizontal option. Is this vertical orientation available?

Answer:
Please note that with Ergotron 45-273-026 StyleView Sit-stand Combo System, you can install the monitor in landscape mode and rotate it 360 degrees to turn into portrait mode whenever you want. If you want dual monitors with this StyleView, you need the Ergotron 97-783 Dual Monitor and Handle Kit. As long as the outside width of each monitor does not exceed 24.5", this kit can be installed on this StyleView. Even with the Dual Monitor and Handle Kit, the monitors can be installed in landscape and rotated to a portrait mode. But with a portrait mode, there will not enough space to operate the handle. So if portrait orientation is important, the handle will have to be sacrificed. Please note that you can install the Dual Monitor and Handle Kit without the handle in that case.
