Chair Arms should be at the perfect height - not too low or too high - to prevent shoulder pain. Measure your elbow height and follow the image instructions for accurate adjustment.

The Memory Foam consists of two layers: a layer of High Resiliency (HR) foam on top of a layer of Viscoelastic memory foam (UPHFT).
The top layer of foam, the High Resiliency (HR) foam provides the main support and maintains the seat pan's shape. The layer underneath, the Viscoelastic Memory Foam (UPHFT), adds more support and a softer feel, just like memory foam. This combination is particularly useful for people who spend long hours sitting in front of a computer.
The mechanism that moves a chair seat up and down is managed by a cylinder. Cylinder determines how low or high a seat can travel. A 4" cylinder has the capability to travel 4 inches with approximate lowest seat height of 15.5" to highest seat height of 19.5".

Multi-Surfaced Soft Casters are dual-colored hoodless ultra-utility casters with gloss-finished grey thread wrapped around matte-finished black high-impact resistant thermoplastic componentry. Best used for wood, tile, and smooth surfaces. This type of caster seems to be performing the best across all flooring and carpet, except for concrete floors.
50mm dual-wheel, hooded soft casters, Urethane tread wrapped around matte-finished, highimapct-resistant, thermoplastic caster casing. Spring-loaded, built-in brake pads causes restricted motion when no weight is applied. Minimizes chair movement when NOT in use. The chair would not easily move around when the user is NOT sitting in the chair. Recommended for sloped flooring.
Rubber Casters are designed for concrete, linoleum and other hard surfaces. Highly specialized and not suited for heavy chairs. Limited 2-year warranty on these casters.
50mm dual-wheel, hooded soft casters. Urethane tread wrapped around matte-finished, high impact-resistant, thermoplastic caster casing. Spring-loaded, built-in brake pads causes restricted motion when no weight is applied. Restricted chair movement when sitting, but will also allow the user to move their chair to another location when not seated.
60mm glides made of matte-finish, high-impact resistant thermoplastic and stainless steel stem. Gliders (No Wheels) keep the chair stationary at all times ( 5 per set).
