When I placed my order online I entered the incorrect expiration date on my credit card. I received an email right away from Maria saying I needed to call in with the correct information. I spoke with Jake who was courteous, professional, friendly and quick. Great customer service!

The chat tool was nice to use. I could get recommendations and information quickly. I love this brand and the high quality products. Their products can be found at resellers for a better price though.

I regret very much that I could not do the transaction with ErgoDirect, not to able to use my credit card from US Bank. The contact person who is Mr. Jake Pedrablanca is great person who tries to find solutions to the problem with an exceptional politesse, courtesy, positive attitude and very professional. Let me know in the future if possible to make purchases using my credit cart from US Bank with same bill address. Jake, thank you again for your help.

I had placed an order for a monitor arm. The item had not shown up so I called to check on the status. Turns out the item had not shipped. But, they took care of it right away and had it sent out next day. I have several products from Ergodirect, and have always been happy with their customer service.

I received the wrong shipment from the warehouse and sent an email with pictures of my received order to the customer service email. Monday morning I received a call from Jake who was extremely helpful in resolving my problem and tracked down my correct order. Ergodirect was professional in handling our needs. Their stand up desk for one of our employees that really needed a more comfortable/ functional work station due to health issues is working great. The first unit they shipped to us was damaged in shipping and they sent a replacement within 1 or 2 business days. Their speed and efficiency in correcting the problem was great and they were pleasant to work with as well.

My experience with ErgoDirect has been extremely pleasant. Christina Davis assisted me with the purchase. She walked me through each step, answered all of my questions very quickly via email, and sent the fabric swatch samples very quickly. She was quite friendly, professional, and knowledgable about products. I have the same chair at work, with arms, and love it! Christina helped me further customize my personal chair for home use, which will fit my height better, and have no arms which might be in the way for my home desk and projects. I am very much looking forward to receiving the chair that was scheduled to arrive today, but did not because FedEx came while we were at work this morning. The delivery process with FedEx is proving to be somewhat frustrating, since a signature, in person, is required. My husband and I both work, and I have not been able to arrange pick up at a FedEx center. Hopefully, my husband will be home tomorrow when they try re-delivery. If we could have had the option to leave a signed form on our door, which would have allowed FedEx to leave the box for us behind our hedge in front upon redelivery, it would have been greatly appreciated. Or, if we could have communicated with FedEx to have them hold the package at a FedEx center, that would have been fine, too. But they require that you register, and have a customer account before you are able to access their services. That doesn't seem appropriate for this situation. We have had quite a bit of difficulty with FedEx in the past, and prefer USPS or UPS for ease of communication in arranging pick up and redelivery.

I am using the NeoFlex Wideview Workstation in a rather unorthodox fashion (car audio tuning). The website truly helped me put together my cart. The sales support I received with various add-on components was great. Product arrived quickly and was well packed. Unfortunately, I did not receive certain parts that I ordered due to an issue in the shipping department. The problems were quickly identified and remedied through both Jake and Nick in Customer Support I will certainly consider ErgoDirect for future purchases and, in fact, am looking to purchase an ergonomic chair for my new workstation. Job well done!!

My husband gave me a coupon for a new sewing chair for Christmas. I have major back issues and have had a terrible time finding the features I wanted most, forward tilt & lumbar support. I was totally disheartened today when I discovered the chair I'd been waiting a month for from an office supply store had been cancelled. Beginning my search again, I stumbled across Ergodirect, and Christina initiated an online chat and asked me what I was looking for. Christina recommended the Office Master Discovery Back Ergonomic Task Chair, a chair with both lumbar support AND forward tilt! The chair is made in the USA which was another HUGE point in it's favor. Christina walked me through all of the key points AND helped me choose a color that met my qualifications for fun and bright! (magma was my ultimate choice). I actually found the chair for less on another site and asked Christina why I should buy from Ergodirect. Her answer: because we are here for the customer first, to help and make sure they have a good experience. I should also mention Ergodirect has an amazing number of fabrics to choose from. Christina IS the reason I ordered the chair today from Ergodirect, pure and simple. She was friendly, helpful, didn't try to sell me more than she thought I needed, and had a fun sense of humor. To her boss, let me say, you have an awesome employee in Christina! I can hardly wait for my chair!!!

I contacted ErgoDirect about a discontinued product. I had several questions and I revealed in my message that I was not at this time interested in purchasing any of their products. I received a very prompt, courteous and thorough response. My message was forwarded to someone who could provide the detailed information I was requesting. I was very impressed with this service and if in the future I need something that ErgoDirect supplies, I will definitely contact this company.
