I had trouble with tax being taken off my order, but customer service was there to help me. Nazan did a great job!

Christina Davis was very professional and knowledgeable of the products for RFM Chairs. Quick and easy. She also had me speak with RFM and I placed the ordered with Ergo Direct online. I am very happy with Christina very respectful. Thank You for making my job easy. Yes ,I will be ordering more chairs from Christina and referring customers to her.

I was impressed at how helpful Nazan was. She went the extra mile to verify the chair and options available to me. I wanted to replace a old, probably 10+ years old chair that held up well for most of that time. Recently, with cats and grandkids, 1 arm rest developed a crack and the fabric was no longer pristine after hard use and daylight through the window. I loved that chair. BC-44, was nicely adjustable for my size. Many chairs are designed for men than women. The price on BC-44 today was good, and Nazan truly went the extra miles. I look forward to receiving the chair when built. If the delivery and quality are as good as with my previous chair plus the excellent staff work done for me to order online, I will be completely happy.
I had such a wonderful buying experience with Nazan. I had been having a great deal of trouble trying to get information I needed from other vendors to make informed choices for the options available for a task chair. I went to ErgoDirect and was very happy to be attended by Nazan. Nazan spent an extensive amount of time listening to what was important to me regarding a chair and showed me all the options that were available. And beyond this, she was very responsive to my many emailed questions I had as I thought more about my needs. Nazan was helpful and patient through every step of the process. She is awesome - truly professional! I was able to sit on a variety of chairs and desks, which was very helpful as I am a short person.

Like most of you, I am working from home via Zoom. I am fortunate to have good space and light. What I did not have was a great chair to use at a computer all day. I had some aches and pains that I had never experienced. My husband, who works for Google, is also working from home. He, too, developed discomfort. Checking out resources suggested by the Google internal sources, we went exploring chair and office options. The person and place suggested were Nick at ErgoDirect, San Carlos ([email protected], 650-654-4300). We went. Nick was amazing. He spent an extensive amount of time listening to what we each needed, showing us options, with no sales pressure, and then let us leave with suggestions he sent to us to consider before placing an order. One of the options was a foot rest and he offered that I could try his out before ordering. Every step of the process was totally helpful. We have no relationship with Nick or the business, other than being wildly satisfied customers.
