Pneumatic Height: Pneumatic means powered by air or gas. The cylinder, controlling the seat height, uses pressurized air to adjust the seat to the desired level. The seat height adjustment lever is on the right side of the seat.
Tilting Backrest: Raise the last paddle on the right side of the seat to tilt the back freely. Push it down to lock and adjust the backrest angle for proper support.
Back Height Adjustment: Place your hands on both sides of the backrest and lift slowly. Raise it to the top, then push down to the bottom before raising and stopping at the desired position. Clicking sound indicates available height positions. Adjust the backrest to comfortably fit the small of your back.
Rocking Tilt: Use the second lever on the right side of the seat to control both rocking tilt and seat tilt. Pull up for free tilting, push down to set the angle.
Tilting Seat: Use the second lever on the right side of the seat to control both rocking tilt and seat tilt. Pull up for free tilting, push down to set the angle.
Seat Depth Adjustment: Find the seat slider paddle on the left of the seat. Raise the paddle while planting the feet firmly on the floor. Scoot forward or backward with the paddle in the raised position and release the paddle to lock the seat depth. Ensure you can sit with your back rested comfortably against the backrest and your feet flat on the floor.
Forward Tilting: First tilt the seat backward with the tilting seat lever. Now find the first lever on the right hand side and turn it clockwise to prevent forward tilting and anti-clockwise to unlock it.
Adjustable Lumbar: On the right side of the backrest towards the bottom, you will find a small knob. Turn the knob clockwise for increased lumbar support and anti-clockwise to reduce it.
Tension Knob: The tension knob. located underneath the seat, adjusts how much resistance you feel when leaning back. Turn it clockwise to increase tension (harder to lean back) and counterclockwise to decrease tension (easier to lean back).
No, our chairs do not arrive assembled. They typically arrive in three pieces (base, seat and back) and can be easily assembled without any additional tools or professional help.

These chairs are legit office chairs and much higher quality than so-called ergonomic chairs you'll find for $300. If you need it all in a chair, invest in a chair like this and don't waste money on a cheaper chair you may not be happy with. I'm a tall guy at close to 6'4" and this promotes the best posture for me when i use the tilting feature and lock it in place. I would go with the next size up from this chair if you are a bigger guy. I'm only 195 and the seat is barely big enough. It's important to make sure the seat slider will get under your knees. I also got a good quality fabric that should last. I also didn't bother with arm rests as they just get in the way for me. Overall, this chair is much like more expensive office chairs that I used in office environments and were provided for me. I also opted for the tallest seat cylinder even though I don't think i needed it. Better to have it and not need it rather than need it and not have it.

I’ve had this chair for a year and I'm very happy with it. It’s comfortable, sturdy, and has all the adjustable features most people need. I recommend getting the memory foam seat. It’s worth the extra money.

Great Chair!
by Gregory A, Camarillo, California, Aug 30, 2017
So let me start by saying I very much enjoy the chair. Putting it together was easy and it came in a reasonable amount of time. The build quality is very high and the chair is mostly comfortable to sit in, I do feel I have better posture now than I did before getting this chair. My only complaint with the chair is the optional feature of the recline mechanism. It seem the the tilt function of the chair is lost with this mechanism installed which I was not aware of when purchasing the chair. Had I know that I would have just bought the standard mechanism instead of the added cost since I would rather have tilt over recline.

I recommend this chair to everyone who care his or her back. I love it :-)
