Pros:
I like the handle and vertical adjustment
My desk is against the wall. This monitor arm has a built in stopper, so the arm won't hit the wall when it's being moved. I have an Ergotron LX that's destroying the wall from being placed against it and it's much better in that one regard though worse overall
Cons:
It does not move well from side-to-side at all, which is a deal breaker for me. I'm requesting a return as a result. The bottom-most swivel next to the desk grommet just doesn't work well at all. It's so difficult to move that I thought that piece didn't move. I went back and watched a video promoting the product and saw it moving and figured out it does indeed move, but I need to pull extremely hard
It leans slightly when out to the side. Normally this wouldn't be noticeable, but since it has the height adjustment slider behind it, you can tell that piece is not quite vertical. Maybe I'm a bit OCD, but I think this would probably drive me crazy.
