Description of Innovative 9400-WM or 9400-CM Point-of-Care Arm:

The 9400 Point-of-Care Arm maximizes the flexibility of space-challenged healthcare environments. This huge arm extends almost six feet, enabling it to be mounted behind a bed while still extending far enough for patient or caregiver use.

The dual arms fold upwards, minimizing the consumption of valuable horizontal space. Special features include completely internal cable management, durable, heavy-duty construction, and remarkably smooth motion.

This model includes a counter-top mount with internal cable management. A wall-mounted version is also available. The 9400 Point-of-Care Arm is an ideal solution for patient rooms, clinics, dental offices - anywhere a monitor is needed.

Innovative Returns Policy

All returns must be labeled with a valid Return Authorization (R/A) number, which can be obtain by contacting Ergodirect.com, on the outside of packaging. Restocking fee of 20% will be applied on all returns. Products must be in brand new, saleable condition, and never installed. Defective items may be returned within limits of the Warranty. Non-defective Custom-configured Items are not returnable. All return must be made within 30 days of receipt.
